All products sold on Jash Marketing are digital books delivered via instant download immediately after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned or revoked once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions & Technical Issues
We stand behind the quality of our digital publications. We will gladly issue a replacement file or process a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same book more than once under the same account or email address.
- Corrupted or Unreadable File: The download file is technically defective or damaged, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement copy within 48 hours of your report.
