JashMarketing crafts customized growth campaigns across SEO strategy, paid ads conversion tracking, and multi-channel asset distribution metrics. Service parameters, project timelines, and operational targets are governed explicitly by separate Statement of Work (SOW) documents initialized upon onboarding.

Campaign services follow month-to-month retainer loops or specific project milestones specified upon account initialization. Invoices are dispatched systematically, requiring liquidation within the deadline window specified in your core agreement.

Ad budget spent across platform spaces (Google Ads, Meta Ads) remains the direct financial responsibility of the client and is billed outside the agency's management retainer limits.

Upon absolute liquidation of related campaign invoices, the full rights to all custom copy assets, code modules, graphic wireframes, and strategy frameworks built specifically for your accounts transfer to you permanently.

JashMarketing preserves ownership over proprietary pre-existing algorithms, tracking modules, and internal structural dashboard frameworks deployed to orchestrate the account analytics.

While we engineer extreme optimization models to maximize revenue lines, JashMarketing provides no structural warranties regarding exact, fixed revenue volumes or search placement coordinates due to unpredictable search engine algorithm shifts.

In no case will the total financial operational liability of JashMarketing exceed the direct retainer amounts processed by your accounts inside the single month period directly preceding any claim.
